Bob Jacobs, as liquidator of a WA construction company, undertook Federal Court proceedings in 2017/18 to clarify the operation of an insurance policy with a major insurance company in relation to a claim of fraud by a director. He subsequently negotiated and accepted a settlement of the claim with the insurer on confidential terms.
